  • 1. Conductor : Stranded copper cable (KS CIEC 60228 2 grade)

    2. Insulator : PVC or XLPE

    3. Shield :
    1) Individual shield: shield two or three steel wires with aluminum Mylar tape
    2) Collective shield: shield after combining insulated steel wire or individual shield steel wire.
    (copper tape, copper braided aluminum Mylar tape)

    4. Sheath : PVC, Inflammable PVC(HF-PVC), or Low toxic inflammable polyolefin(HFPO)

    4. Wire Core Screening :
    1)  Color
    Screening core wire under four cores should be carried out depending on insulator surface color,
    other suitable ways. White is good to become natural color of it.
    double cores: black white
    three cores: black, white, red
    four cores: black, white, red, green

    2) Number screening
    Separated shield or for cables over five cores, wire cores screening is remarked on insulators by printing
    continuous numbers

    3) Other Screening
    Screening wire cores insulated by over 5 cores XLPE can be signed by coloring surface of insulators, insulators, or other methods
